Join our resident whisky expert on a tour of innovative and exciting, premium range whiskies, including tasting and nosing guidance. Enjoy three sensational tastings from full, fruity single malts to deep peat flavours. Each whisky voyage is accompanied by a sharing platter of four plates of your choice from the menu below.

Embark on an exciting one-hour champagne experience where you will witness the art of sabrage - the ceremonial technique of opening a bottle with a sabre. Gather your friends to enjoy our famous grade A5 wagyu steak sandwich and caviar experience. Made using only the finest of ingredients, this delectable tasting is made complete with a glass of champagne, truffle parmesan chips, and Mrs Tollman's signature cheesecake. Enjoy our Royal Afternoon Tea for two alongside Ceylon Golden Tips, in partnership with specialist tea merchants PMD Tea. This rare tea is produced in the highlands of Sri Lanka and is skillfully handpicked at sunset. With white-glove service, this delicate tea is weighed with precision at The Rubens using golden scales; each tip is placed into the silver teapot individually with golden tweezers.

Curated by our Executive Chef Ben Kelliher, join one of our chefs for a one-hour cooking class where you'll learn how to make the perfect beef wellington. During the experience, you'll enjoy a glass of champagne and canapés followed by a three-course dinner with the beef wellington as the main course, and our founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman’s famous Baked Vanilla Cheesecake as dessert.

Experience the kitchen up close in this experience created by our Executive Chef Ben Kelliher. Watch the chefs prep as you enjoy a glass of champagne and canapés. Afterwards, indulge in a four-course gourmet experience in The English Grill. Our Head Sommelier will be on hand to offer expert knowledge and guidance for your choice of beverages (drinks not included).

Created by Chef Kumar, this experience involves guests watching chefs prep whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and canapés. Afterwards, indulge in a three-course gourmet experience which incorporates dishes from our celebrated menu chosen to your taste and carefully paired wine by our Head Sommelier.

Venue: The Curry Room

Price: £550 for two people, including wine pairings, additional guests at £275 per person (max of four)

Enjoy an interactive pastry experience curated by Chef Sarah Houghting at The Rubens. Joined by one of our Chefs, learn how to create pastry delicacies, whilst picking up invaluable tips and tricks. Afterwards, guests will enjoy champagne and canapés with one of our talented chefs, discussing your preferred cuisine for your upcoming meal. Finally, guests will enjoy a three-course dinner with a bottle of wine, where guests will be able to taste a choice of their incredible pastry creations.
