Curated by our Executive Chef Ben Kelliher, join one of our chefs for a one-hour cooking class where you'll learn how to make the perfect beef wellington. During the experience, you'll enjoy a glass of champagne and canapés followed by a three-course dinner with the beef wellington as the main course, and our founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman’s famous Baked Vanilla Cheesecake as dessert.
