Our General Manager Malcolm Hendry is hosting a delectable seven-course dinner paired with Royal Warrant holder, Lanson Champagne.
The menu, designed by Executive Chef Ben Kelliher, features elements of The Queen’s Coronation and dishes she is known to love and we use some of the finest produce from The British Isles and suppliers who serve the Queen’s kitchen. Listen to live music as you dine from The Rubens Trio.
We are also proud to welcome our resident historian Thomas Mace-Archer-Mills who will lead a toast and share his insider insight into the Jubilee. He is the proud Founder and Director of the British Monarchists Society.
The evening will begin at 6.30pm with canapés and Champagne with Sabrage in The Palace Lounge.

Chef Ben will also talk about the sustainable and responsible consumption of food, explaining how we work closely with the very best local and responsible suppliers. You will then visit Borough Market together, a historic market dating back to the 12th century with an emphasis on high-quality food and sustainable production.
