You will first meet Executive Chef Ben Kelliher to discuss your personal requirements and preferences for a plant-based seven-course menu. After you have sourced the products at Borough Market, you will then return to The Rubens at the Palace, where Chef Ben will personally create a meal that will be served to you in The English Grill.
