You will first meet Executive Chef Ben Kelliher to discuss your personal requirements and preferences to create a plant-based seven-course menu with produce sourced at the market. Chef Ben will introduce you to Bread Ahead, where the bread is made right in the market, and Ted’s Veg to buy the ingredients for your starter. Ted’s Veg are proud participants in Planzhero’s plight to eradicate wastage, and the produce is chemical-free. You will meet the suppliers at Turnips, who are focused on providence and seasonality, to buy the ingredients for your main course, and Palace Culture to buy vegan cheese handcrafted in Crystal Palace, London.
