Families

Children's menus are available in all restaurants, and children under the age of 12 years dine for free from the children's menu when accompanied by a full-paying adult (terms and conditions apply). Children will also enjoy our alcohol-free mocktails, served in The New York Bar (additional fee applies). 

Children’s Afternoon Tea 

We have adapted our traditional Afternoon Tea menu to suit every little prince and princess under 12 years old. Treats include bite-size sandwiches, selected pastries, and a choice of milkshake, hot chocolate, tea, or soft drink. 

Children are able to dress up in full chef uniform and visits our kitchen to see our chef at work. They will meet our pastry chef and learn how to decorate their own biscuits and cupcakes, and receive a 'Master Chef in the Art of Pastry' certificate on completion, a personalised badge and a polaroid picture of the experience.

Children under 12 can stay for free when sharing a triple room with their parents. Our accommodations include various interconnecting options; Executive King and Junior Suites are designed for two adults and one child, while our Family Suites and Master Suites can host two adults and up to two children under 12 on rollaway beds. Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.

We understand that families like to stay together, but not necessarily in the same room. We offer a number of 'family wings' which consist of rooms interconnecting via one private central door. We have 10 family wing combinations for between four and 11 guests. Family wings are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.
