You will first meet Executive Chef Ben Kelliher to discuss your personal requirements and preferences to create a plant-based seven-course menu with produce sourced at the market. After which, you will then return to The Rubens at the Palace, where Chef Ben will personally create your meal English Grill, including: Canapés, Breads & crudites, Starter, Seasonal fruit sorbet, Main course, Dessert: flambé Rum Baba with Borough Market fruits and a selection of Vegan cheeses.
